Manuel OLIVIER was borned in a family of farmers, and followed an unusual professional way. In 1990, he began to grow a few acres of vineyards and red fruits (strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrant). Today, Manuel is a wine specialist, he grows grapes on a 11 ha area in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. At 38 years old, he is one of the "new generation" winegrowers, and rewarded by many medals.

Wine growers since several generations (1750) The domain Jean Paul Picard and son cultivate with passion the 13 hectares of vineyards, quite situated on Bué hillsides which count among the best of the Sancerrois.
Having fired profit of the lessons of past, they knew how to adapt the modern techniques while preserving manual grape harvests and craft know how. The vineyard is led in fight reasoned with for example half of the surface which is enherbée especially in the strong hillsides. The domain also cultivates since the arrived of Mickael on the exploitation in 2004 of vineyards on the naming Menetou Salon.
